Launchpad from the classic cartoon series, Ducktales and Darkwing Duck, is the number one pilot in Duckburg and works Scrooge McDuck. He is also a scoutmaster of Junior Woodchucks with Huey, Dewey and Louie and Doofus Drake. Launchpad was Darkwing's biggest fan and begged Darkwing to be his sidekick several times before Darkwing eventually accepted him.
